A very nearly exhaustive list of UK seasonal produce

FYI// Winter (December to February), Spring (March to May), Summer (June-August), Autumn (September-November).

I’ve tried to be as comprehensive as possible here and there is some overlap as some produce can be grown all year round. Yay for potatoes!

This list is UK produce only, I’d love to hear what seasonal produce is available in your country and any recipes relevant to today’s blog post on eating with the seasons!

As always, peace to the planet and peace to your pockets!
